2/23: The Squirrel Show #126, 2/25: no “The Kids’ Show”
Hello!
My wisdom tooth is out. I think it went pretty well. If you tune in to The Squirrel Show tonight, I might tell you about it. Maybe. Maybe not. But The Squirrel Show is happening, at 7:30pm, out in the driveway as usual, and live on facebook (https://www.facebook.com/oliver.steck.56). It’s amazing what a difference a week makes. Last week it was winter, freezing cold and such, and yesterday it was 91ºF. It should be a beautiful night for Squirrelin’.
Also, Honk!TX is back at the end of March! For those of you who don’t know, the Honk! festival is a brass band festival with dozens of brass bands and hundreds of musicians, and it happens on different dates all around the country. In Austin it will be the weekend of March 31st – April 2. The lineup and schedule aren’t up yet, but they will be soon. Here is the website: http://honktx.org. There are other shows too. This is a great fair to see! Funky cool creative parade at 9am, and then entertainment all day. I’ll be strolling around playing accordion before and after the parade, I’ll play a kids’ show at noon, and I’ll be back out on the street at 2pm.
