I’m getting this out early (for me. The day before instead of 30 minutes before show time) because there is a last minute change: No Squirrel Show this week. I’m playing with Michele at Evangeline Cafe 7-9pm. And Jim will be playing drums. Yeah! The Kids’ Show is on on Saturday at 10am (in the driveway or on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/oliver.steck.56). But wait, there’s more:

4/5: Honk!TX showcase: Moon Tower Brass Band @ Central Machine Works, 6-10pm -2 dozen bands? 10 minute sets. Moon Tower Brass Band plays at about 8pm (Moon Tower is influenced by a traditional New Orleans style)
4/6: The Kids’ Show! 10am
4/6: Honk!TX @ Mueller Lake Park. Moon Tower Brass Band plays two different stages at 12pm and 1pm (45 minute sets)
4/6: The Musical Zoo @ Buda’s Birthday bash, Buda, Tx
-I’m running the Musical Zoo booth, 3-6pm. C’mon by and check out some musical instruments!
4/7: Honk!TX showcase: Moon Tower Brass Band @ Pan Am Park, 1-5:30pm
– around 18 bands, 15 minute sets. Moon Tower plays at about 1:30pm
4/9: The Squirrel Show! 7:30pm
4/11: Sarah Sharp @ the Elephant Room, 6pm
4/13: The Kids’ Show! 10am
4/13: Sarah Sharp @ The Texas Playboys Baseball Game, 2pm

-This is my favorite neighborhood festival! Funky cool creative parade at 9am, and then entertainment all day. I’ll be strolling around playing accordion before and after the parade, I’ll play a kids’ show at noon, and I’ll be back out on the street at 2pm, then play with Rudi Harst at 2:15pm.
